Sean Southerland

Sean is a software engineer and technology leader with over 10 years of experience writing scalable code and building innovative teams across various industries. Sean’s passion and experience are in assembling high-performance teams at SaaS startups. He was the Director of Engineering at Claravine, leading an engineering team that grew from 6 to over 20 employees.

He has also led teams at Red Pepper Software and Pariveda Solutions and holds a Master’s in Information Systems Management from Brigham Young University.
