We kick off with your key stakeholders and review your prior EcoVadis scorecard (if any). You get a document tracker so we both know exactly what's still needed.
We assess your policies (employee handbook, code of conduct, and more) against EcoVadis expectations across all four pillars. You get a score improvement roadmap.
We help you close the gaps identified in your roadmap, whether that means writing new policies, adding targets to existing ones, or pulling KPI reports.
We frame, edit, and attach your documentation, then run a final review before it goes in. After your score comes back, we help you prioritize what to tackle for next time.

Don't submit before you're ready. A low score is harder to recover from than a delayed one. Start with a gap assessment (book a meeting here to learn more about this process). We'll tell you where you stand and what's worth fixing before you submit.
Four pillars: Environment, Labor and Human Rights, Ethics, and Sustainable Procurement. Most companies underestimate how much weight labor and ethics carry relative to the environmental piece. (source)
Yes. We start by understanding where you lost points and why. Most low scores come from documentation gaps, not actual performance gaps, which means there's usually more to work with than companies expect.
Depends on your starting point and goal. We can do a quick 2-3 week sprint with your team if you just want help to review work you’ve done. If you want more substantive support in improving your score, plan for 6-8 weeks of focused effort. We'll give you a realistic timeline after the initial assessment.
EcoVadis typically takes 6 to 8 weeks to return a scorecard. We use that window to start planning your next round of improvements instead of waiting on it idle.
EcoVadis assessments are valid for 12 months. We help you build a documentation foundation that makes each renewal faster and each score higher.
We're an EcoVadis Approved Training Partner, not just a third party consultant. That means our process is built around what EcoVadis itself expects from a submission, not our own interpretation of it.
The core assessment is the same across industries, but manufacturers tend to get extra scrutiny on supply chain and labor practices given more complex, multi-tier supplier networks. We tailor the gap assessment to where that scrutiny lands hardest for your sector. (source)
They're still two distinct submissions with different formats and requirements, so yes, two processes. However, EcoVadis and CDP ask for a lot of the same underlying environmental data (GHG emissions). We build that part of the dataset once so you're not collecting the same information twice. (source)
No. Most of our EcoVadis clients don't have one either. Someone in operations, HR, or finance usually ends up as the point of contact, and we work directly with whoever that is. You can rely on us to fill in the expertise gap - no need to have an in-house FT hire!
