Crystal is a sales and operations leader with 10+ years’ experience building successful revenue organizations. Her career began in the investment services industry and has included leading revenue strategy at notable companies, including with The Allstate Corporation, alongside several software founders, and as a two-time startup founder herself.
Crystal believes that like a successful ESG product, a revenue organization should always start with transparency. Crystal holds her B.A. in Political Science, with an emphasis on Environmental Policy and Economics, from the University of Oregon and currently lives in Portland with her husband and English Bulldog, Penny.
